About: Nourish & Inspire Me was created from across the globe between me and my sister Brooke. I live in Melbourne, Australia and Brooke is currently living in Austin, Texas in the USA. We’ve always been interested in health and wellness and love to create health conscious meals based around whole organic food. I have done a Diploma in Remedial massage and am also a singer/songwriter. With our website we hope to inspire others to do what they love, eat well and connect to their true selves. I truly believe that to create positive change you must, “Be the change, you wish to see in the world.” I hope that our website can help improve your life in some way no matter how big or small.
#LiveYourHealth: How do I live my health … It’s easy! Everyday I do things that make me feel good! I eat fresh, organic whole-foods, express my creativity through my cooking, songwriting and singing and I find time to meditate even if only for 10 mins a day. I surround myself with loving friends and family and I try to move everyday whether that’s going to the gym, walking/running, dancing or simply stretching.

The Luxury Green Super Smoothie!
This smoothie is packed with superfoods to get more nutrients into your smoothie! Goji berries are one of the highest food sources of antioxidants and also contain vitamin B2, B6, vitamin E and they are actually a complete protein. You’re probably aware that getting enough omega 3’s in your diet is one of the best things you can do for your health and chia seeds and spirulina are full of omega 3’s which are great for your brain, weight loss and decrease inflammation in the body. Yay! Chia seeds also provide protein and fiber, which assist in controlling blood sugar levels. The raw cacao is rich in minerals especially magnesium and has a heap of antioxidants which your skin will love. And finally the greens in this smoothie are super detoxifying and alkalizing. My fave!
Luxury Green Super Smoothie
What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 Leaves of kale stem removed
- 3 Tsp cacao nibs
- 3 Tsp goji berries
- 1 Tsp chia seeds
- Small Handful pecans
- Half a banana
- 1 Heaped tsp spirulina or green powder
- 3/4 Cup coconut milk or milk of your choice
What You’ll Do:
- Blend all ingredients together but leave 1 tsp cacao, 1 tsp goji berries, and pecans to sprinkle on top.
- This will add that important “chew” factor to your smoothie!
