Chia Seed Pudding | Love Carry On

Happy Recipe Friday!

Today we are featuring Irina & Denis, whole food enthusiasts and the brains behind LoveCarryOn.com!

We are Irina & Denis, a health conscious couple who created www.LoveCarryOn.com. We strive to live a healthy life, full of LOVE, light and happiness. We believe that everyone deserves to be healthy and happy!  After going through personal health issues we both realized the importance of physical, spiritual and mental health. We learned about the power of food as medicine, meditation and positive thinking.

Becoming a healthy person takes time. It is a journey and we want to share our experience with you guys and empower you to start your own adventure into the realm oh health!  Because in the end of the day if you do not have your health you cannot enjoy your life!

HOW WE #LiveOurHealth

We realized that the key to a healthy life is to eat clean and indulge in natural, fresh, whole foods! We are huge fans of smoothies and juices. Also we eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and around 70% of our diet is Raw! We are vegans because in our opinion meat is toxic to the body and dairy just creates lots of inflammation. Now we feel better then ever! We have more energy and zest for life!

Our website, LoveCarryOn.com, is about LOVING what you eat & Loving how you feel. We believe it all comes down to love! Love for our selves, food, our family, this planet, animals, and all beings. When people truly love themselves, in an altruistic manner, they treat themselves right! They eat the right food and nourish themselves! So we started LoveCarryOn with the mission to inspire others to become TRULY healthy, to treat their body right and to connect with their soul!

Chia seeds are an amazing superfood. They are high in Calcium, Manganese, Omega-3, & Phosphorus. Also chia seeds are  a great source of protein, one 28-gram serving of these super seeds has 4.4 grams of protein, nearly 10 percent of the daily value.

Now let’s make a delicious and healthy Chia Seed Pudding. Yummy!

What You’ll Need:
3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 cup Almond Milk {preferable homemade}
1 teaspoons Vanilla
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup {or any other sweetener of your choice}
& Love

What You’ll Do:
1. In a bowl combine almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla
2. Mix well
3. Let it sit for 2 minutes
4. Then mix again and put in in the fridge for at least 1 hour
5. When ready, garnish with fruits and super foods and serve with Love. We added some bananas, dry figs and shredded coconut.
