Recipe Friday: The Simple Green Smoothie

Happy Recipe Friday!



2-3 cups of fresh spinach
2 cups almond milk
1 frozen banana
2 cups frozen pineapple, mango, or even peaches
Chia seeds &/or granola (optional)


First blend together the almond milk and spinach until smooth.
Then add the frozen fruit and blend until your perfect consistency.
Sprinkle chia seeds &/or granola on top for some added crunch.

Want it greener? Add more spinach or try adding in some curly kale.

Want it creamier? Add more frozen banana.

Want it fruitier? Add more pineapple or mango!
