Recipe Friday: Raspberry-Oat Smoothie Bowl

Happy Recipe Friday!
Today we are featuring the couple behind the blog, Happy Healthy Hunters.
MEET THE COUPLE
We are Lisa Andersson and Erik Huss, a health-and-environment-junkie couple from Sweden. We have always had a passion for health but it wasn’t until a few years ago that we discovered we could combine our passion for healthy food to help save the planet. In our blog, we post seasonal plant-based recipes that are environmentally friendly. We want to show people that it’s possible to eat healthy, delicious food without using products that come from animals.
