Recipe Friday: The Ultimate AB&J

Happy Recipe Friday!!!
This recipe is sure to knock your socks off… it’s not only super delicious, it’s also really easy & UBER FILLING!!!!
The Ultimate AB&J
Ingredients
2 slices of your favorite vegan bread
Almond Butter – we used Trader Joe’s crunchy & salted blend
Your favorite Fruit Jam – we used Trader Joe’s Organic Super Fruit fruit spread (it’s sweetened with organic fruit juices instead of sugar)
1 Banana – at your favorite ripeness
Directions
1. Take one slice of bread and slather on the almond butter. Take your other slice and slather on the fruit jam.
2. Take your banana, peel and slice! Place your slices and spread them out on the almond butter side. Then take your jam slice and smush the sandwich together.
3. Next, either use a panini press and press the sandwich, or grill it on your stove with a frying pan… the same way you would if you were making a vegan grilled cheese.
4. ENJOY!
