Green Supreme Salad w/ Brown Rice

1.5 large handfuls of arugula
1 large handful of spinach
1/2 – 1 whole avocado (pitted & scooped)
1 green bell pepper (chopped up)
1 large heirloom tomato (chopped up)
1/2 to 1 cup of cooked brown rice
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
California Balsamic Vinegar
Hemp Seeds
Kosher Salt & Black Pepper

Grab a large bowl
Add all salad ingredients – the order doesn’t matter.
Dress salad – “eye-pour” the olive oil (make sure it coats the top layer of your salad). Add your desired amount of balsamic vinegar. Then generously add hemp seeds! Toss. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss again.
